只要心存相信，總有奇跡發生，希望雖然渺茫，但它永存人世。

So long as the heart stores believing, always has miracles that takes place, Although the hope is uncertain, but it perpetuates the world. 美國作家歐-亨利在他的小說《最後一片葉子》裡講了個故事：

病房裡，一個生命垂危的病人從房間裡看見窗外的一棵樹，在秋風中一片片地掉落下來。病人望著眼前的蕭蕭落葉，身體也隨之每況愈下，一天不如一天。

她說：『當樹葉全部掉光時，我也就要死了。』一位老畫家得知後，用彩筆畫了一片葉脈青翠的樹葉掛在樹枝上。最後一片葉子始終沒掉下來。只因為生命中的這片綠，病人竟奇跡般地活了下來。
