Do Not CROSS YOUR LEGS ! 不要翹二郎腿 I bet quite a few of you were like me...started to read this with your legs crossed...so hard to break this bad habit! 我打賭很少數的你們會像我, 開始讀這篇文章就自然翹著二郎腿, 因為那是很難改過來的壞習慣! For those who do not understand Chinese, take a look at the photos below:- 針對那些不瞭解中國人的人(:沒看到圖片,不知該翻成中國人或中文),請看看下面的照片: Those who often cross their legs when sitting for a long period of time, 3 unhealthy things will happen: 那些長時間翹著二郎腿坐著的人,會有三種不健康的情況發生 1. Their backbone tends to become 'C' shape1。他們的脊錐往往會變形成'C' 2. They will have neck aches and backaches on one side 他們有ㄧ邊的脖子和背部將會酸痛 3. For ladies, the shoulder will tend to slant one side causing the bra strap to slip down the slanted shoulder. 對於婦女們,肩膀將向一邊傾斜造成的胸罩肩帶向肩膀的下方傾斜。 Try not to cross your legs when sitting. 所以當你坐著時盡量不要翹二郎腿。 (曾有田點傳師慈悲)
